Does anybody know what this is?

    The statue is The Awakening and when I saw it it was in a grassy field. Frankly it looked better there.

      They moved it to the National Harbor.
      I knew it came from somewhere else, but I didn’t know where. Some park along the George Washington Parkway I thought, I didn’t realize it was Hains point.
