Pasco County School district allowed Organizing For America and Obama operatives to go into classrooms and register students and a former teacher in the district gave speeches to students. Naturally any Republican requests to do a voter drive were denied, and a principal made a PA announcement asking if anyone wanted to get involved with Obama’s campaign. Naturally, some parents took issue with this. I’d love to pretend this is shocking, but these sort of bullshit shenanigans are old hat by now in the public school systems.
