Should the media be permitted to be as callously intrusive as it is toward those effected by tragedies such as the shooting tragedy today? I think it’s time to have a serious discussion about media control.

The media should absolutely have the freedom to dig into and publish/televise/discuss ad nauseum and at length anything and everything that might make them more profitable. However, with that said, interested parties should absolutely have the freedom to pay $50.00 to the state, for a permit to harass and intimidate media personnel with the same vigor and intensity that they pursue their stories.
I personally would lobby for a concealed carry permit to harass the media.
I think there should be a mandatory seven day “cooling off” period between the shooting and the first media opinions.
If it’s good enough for the Second Amend., it should work for the First, too.
