This about sums up the decade. As the Dems get worse and worse, the GOP gets Not as Worse and Not as Worse.

It wasn’t so long ago that nothing Republicans liked could pass Congress because they *only* controlled the House and could mount Senate filibusters. One election, an expanded House majority and new Senate majority later and…Harry Reid is running the entire Congress of the United States with a minority that was thrown out of power (allegedly) less than 2 months ago.

 

No fighting on immigration, as anybody who paid any attention at all knew would happen, and no bills to repeal or defund Obamacare, as expected.

Rudy Giuliani’s remarks about Obama’s socialist influences and less-than-love for America ought to be completely unremarkable.

Unfortunately, they seem to be remarkable to many.

Everything Rudy said was well-documented in 2008 as Obama rose to stardom. The problem is that Our Betters both in the GOP and the MSM thought that stating the obvious fact of Obama’s socialism was beyond the pale. And so, now when Rudy speaks truth, still nobody is prepared to hear it since we were never allowed to establish the groundwork in 2008.

Yet another Global Warming rally cancelled due to winter weather.

Now, I know you all expect to be sunbathing in New Haven for spring break, but you’ve gotta understand that even if you’re right about climate change (-it is the editorial stance of this blog that you aren’t), it wouldn’t happen that quickly.

Maybe look at a calendar next time?  You can still expect cold weather in February for a while longer.

I believe the science is settled on that.

Reality: Illegal immigrants have the right (!) to transgender hormone replacement IN PRISON.

Satire: Male citizens should have government sex dolls.

 

Frankly, when I wrote that humor bit, I was trying to be as absurd as possible.  I think reality has me beat.
