So has the IRS provided the emails a federal judge said they had to provide by last Friday, june 12?

This is Judicial Watch’s IRS Scandal page, there’s nothing on that page.

The only article on it I can find from after the due date is this report from the Daily Caller, with this passage.

Department of Justice lawyers Geoffrey J. Klimas and Stephanie Sasarak, acting as counsel for the IRS, submitted a U.S. District Court filing June 12 in the case Judicial Watch v. Internal Revenue Service. The court filing, provided to The Daily Caller, claims the IRS received new Lerner emails from the Treasury Department’s inspector general (TIGTA) but can’t fork over the emails to Judicial Watch, a nonprofit group suing to get the emails. Why? Because the IRS is busy making sure that none of the emails are duplicates

Using that article for search terms, I found the filing in pdf form on Judicial Watch’s site, with this relevant passage

17. The Service expects to begin processing and reviewing the recovered emails immediately following its review and production of Lerner communications with were not forensically recovered. At this time, the Service is unable to estimate when it will finish processing and reviewing the forensically-recovered emails (emphasis me V).

That’s lawyer-speak for “Fuck you and horse you rode in on.”

I’ll repeat my question from last week, who’s going to force them to obey the judge’s order?

The “Justice” Dept? Congress? The Tooth Fairy?

Suck it bitches.

So, if duplicates exist that cannot because nothing was there to begin with, then that is some overtime.

Probably ghosts, or swamp gas. Or Chinese hacker squirrels.

Unknown unknowns. I am a Clone, and I? approve of this message.

Send a dog to do a Man’s job, and there better be room in the budget to clean up the poop in the hallways. Nothing to see here.

See, the clustered paradigms resulted in a suboptimal data acquisition terminus requiring a stratified heuristic solution that will be optimized in a plus/minus timeframe.

In other words, suck it bitches.
