German Chancellor Angela Merkel sought on Saturday to temper pressure from Paris, Brussels and her own government to force Britain into negotiating a quick divorce from the EU…

Merkel tried to slow the rush to get Britain out of the EU door. Europe’s most powerful leader made clear she would not press Cameron after he indicated Britain would not seek formal exit negotiations until October at least.

 

Democracy is only good when lefties get their way, when they don’t fuck you. Let’s put this off for a few months. Then the negotiations will take a few days…weeks….months….years….decades.… fuck you.

Under ObamaCare, hospitals get bonuses for spending less per senior, despite having higher death rates and infection rates….

They get paid more when they let people die.

Cruz has added an amendment to the Senate’s Highway Bill that would require an up-or-down vote on the administration’s plan to give ICANN control over names and numbers. And Cruz’s Protecting Internet Freedom Act, proposed with Republican Rep. Sean Duffy (Wis.), would prevent the transfer of authority to the global group.

As the Brits are trying to make sure their nation doesn’t become Akbar Britain, in America (where we ostensibly won the Revolution and the Cold War), our betters are not amused by the revolting peasants.

One of Virginia’s delegates to the Republican National Convention has filed a federal lawsuit in an effort to avoid voting for presumptive nominee Donald Trump at the party convention next month….

Correll’s suit maintains that state law imposes criminal penalties on delegates who don’t vote on the first ballot for the winner of the state’s Republican and Democratic primaries. Trump won Virginia’s Republican primary while Hillary Clinton won the Democratic contest.

Correll filed the suit Friday in federal court in Richmond. He seeks a judgment on behalf of all delegates to the Republican and Democratic conventions.

 

See, you agreed to do that when you took the job, changing the rules after the game began is what Dems d…..oh right, the combined We’re Better And Smarter Than You party will be taking most of their strageties from the old Dem party.

I do wonder if it’s only aimed at Trump, maybe they don’t want to vote for the Golden Cow either.

I’m not sure if I’m fer it or agin it.

First, I have to admit I’m all in favor of this.

The taxpayer funded University of Arizona will become the first university in America to offer a transgender studies program.

The program is set to launch by fall of 2017, and will grant master’s degrees.

The school’s program will focus on sex, gender, cultural issues, political issues, and the life experiences of transgender people.

Who doesn’t want the angry fools who would want a master’s in transgender studies to be out $tens of thousands for a degree that’s the opposite of useful? The only jobs with that in the requirements are to teach it and if that’s not in the requirements, you would be an idiot to hire any angry fools who thought it was a good idea.

I am going back and forth on my opinion of University of Arizona over this.

Which sort of dickhead institution offers that as a master’s?

The type that thinks they’re performing a public service or the type that figures a fool and his/her/xer/cher/cis/its money is soon parted so they might as well get some?

Either way, I’m just not sure if I’m fer it or again it. I mean, if it was Harvard, I’d be all for it, but I respected the University of AZ.

How does Obama react anytime a judge tells him to do what he does not want to do?

Not sure what’s going to happen, but I figure if the Brits want to stop being EUnuchs, they better win the vote outside the margin of fraud.

And the margin of fraud when dealing with EUnuch nannarchs is wide indeed.

Case in point, while a few years ago I would have thought this would be even too paranoid

Voters should bring along pens to EU referendum polling stations to avoid an MI5 plot, according to Leave campaigners.

Backers of Brexit are urging people to write in pen to ensure their ballot papers cannot be erased after the votes have been cast.

 

Now? I’d say that while I wouldn’t guess it was MI-5 doing it, I would say it’s merely prudence.

Especially with this, somebody was handing out pens at a polling place and the cops came.

There are now more non-military government employees who carry guns than there are U.S. Marines, according to a new report.

Open the Books, a taxpayer watchdog group, released a study Wednesday that finds domestic government agencies continue to grow their stockpiles of military-style weapons, as Democrats sat on the House floor (link in original V) calling for more restrictions on what guns American citizens can buy.

 

For certain values of “great” (bureaucrats think it’s wonderful that they can shoot those assholes who forget to check boxes!)

This totally isn’t scary.

The “Militarization of America”link in original V) report found civilian agencies spent $1.48 billion on guns, ammunition, and military-style equipment between 2006 and 2014. Examples include IRS agents with AR-15s, and EPA bureaucrats wearing camouflage.

 

Wait, I mean that’s totally fucking scary.

Which leads us to how to feel safer in such an unsafe environment.

We need to get the EPA to attack NASA to attack the Social Security admin to attack the IRS to attack…..

If we can get bureaucracies fighting, maybe they’ll leave us alone.

As I said at Paco’s, my only hope is that the NOAA and EPA get in a shootout in my front yard while arguing over who gets to shoot me. (Over my anti-global warmmongering)
