The aid convoy was hit Monday night in the area of Urum al-Kubra, west of Aleppo, prompting the United Nations to halt its aid operations in Syria.
Yeah, about what you’d expect. So was it Syria or Russia doing the blowing up?
Russia denies it was responsible and says that terrorists carried out the attack.

“All of our information indicates clearly that this was an airstrike. That means there only could have been two entities responsible,” Deputy National Security Adviser Ben Rhodes said Tuesday night, naming Moscow and the Syrian regime.

An Update: The Tulsa shooting is look a little different as we hear more about the guy.
There were warrants (plural) for his arrest and he had a long record, including being convicted of resisting arrest and charged with attacking cops and a few gun crimes.
The cops also say they found PCP in his vehicle. That’s another drug like meth that makes the people taking it freaking crazy, except with meth, they’ve usually been partying for a long time before they get crazy so they’re too weak to be all that scary.
