Who knows? I’ll probably get burned out tomorrow and not post for a month or two.
If you’re not blazing cat fur your darkness is not being lit as you would have missed this article. I’m gonna do fractal cuttin n pastin for dramatic effect.
Parents are furious after children as young as 5-years-old were exposed to a man’s erotic drag show performance at what was supposed to be a (grade) school district talent show…
The talent show was emceed by District 4 Superintendent Alexandra Estrella…
The May 25th performance shocked and enraged parents who could not believe the school district would allow a grown man to spread his legs and display his crotch to wide-eyed children.
“I left the show the minute he started sticking his tongue out,” one parent to the Daily News. “I had my children with me and I wasn’t going to allow them to see that.”…
Good for him. Or her. Or They. Or Che. Or…Man, I miss when we could use language to communicate.
More.
And when the drag queen dropped to the floor and began writhing in a sexually-suggestive manner, the auditorium erupted.
“Once he got to that part it was chaos,” Ms. Morales said. “People were yelling and leaving. A lot of parents were saying had they known this was going to happen they would have taken their kids out after they had performed.”
Who thought this was a good idea? Who suggested it? Answers the parents deserve but they’ll never get.
Why did they have an adult, male, drag queen perform his act for children? Oh c’mon, you already know that.
“The school district told me the performance was about LGBT awareness,” she said.
For Tolerance! You’re not intolerant, are you? You should be celebrating having Divine prance around for little kids!!! Not upset! Hater.
So…who was the drag queen? You probably don’t want to know.
And the individual who performed in drag was identified as the president of the Public School 96 Parent Association.
Man, those must be some PTA meetings!
I didn’t realize the Examer were a bunch of never-Trumpers but watching them pass along innuendo as fact it’s hard to ignore.
White House press secretary Sean Spicer was asked Friday whether President Trump might invoke executive privilege to prevent Comey, who was fired by Trump last month, from speaking to the Senate intelligence panel as part of its investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election and possible collusion between the Russians and the Trump campaign.
While he said the issue has “got to be reviewed,” Spicer didn’t say whether a decision had been made…
They make sure you know he was fired and that Trump is going to stop Justice From Being Served!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I mean, they have no proof and Spicer’s answer was a non-committal, “Yeah, whatever”. It has to be annoying to respond to lies from anonymous Democratic donors every day.
They do have anonymous sources, the gold-standard in Get Trump
A White House official later confirmed to Bloomberg that the Trump administration is reviewing the matter.
Let’s not forget innuendo reported as fact. You can’t ignore that when bashing Trump. Oh, and it’s innuendo based on anonymous sources!
Comey is expected to tell lawmakers about his private conversations with Trump. According to a Comey memo, reported by the New York Times last month, Trump had asked Comey to lay off his agency’s investigation into former national security adviser Mike Flynn.
Roto-Reuters is also “speculating”,
Legal experts say that Trump could invoke a doctrine called executive privilege to try to stop Comey from testifying. But such a maneuver would draw a backlash and could be challenged in court, they said.
The following describes how executive privilege works and why it could backfire on Trump if he invokes it.
I guess it was the journolist “Story of the week” direction. There are a whole lot of stories pushing it.
This is an interesting article, anonymous sources say Trump ain’t gonna do it.
Despite speculation that President Trump may seek executive privilege to prevent his former FBI director– James Comey– from testifying next week before the Senate, two senior administration officials reportedly said there is no plan to hinder the testimony.
I bet a dollar that’s a Trump-authorized leak.
I’m not saying he’s leaking what he’s going to do, I’m saying he’s getting ‘journalists’ dueling over anonymous sources. Give them opportunities to look as ridiculous as they are. I really think he has an entire staff devoted to getting lefties frothing.
I wouldn’t bet either way one executive privilege.
On the one hand, if he doesn’t then he gets to see a bunch of evasions, innuendos and claims of National Security!!!! whenever Comey doesn’t want to answer.
On the other hand, if he does the outcome won’t be worse, they’ll be screeching no matter what, but he could point out all the times Obama did it and they had no problem at all. Get a review of the Obama years and the state of journojizm from those years.
I do think it’s a little more likely he won’t, but it could go either way.
I hate this shit. It’s a typical 21st century story.
An ambitious program of predicting recidivism among convicts is bringing algorithmic risk assessments to American courthouses…
In Loomis v. Wisconsin, a judge rejected a plea deal and sentenced a defendant (Loomis) to a harsher punishment in part because a COMPAS risk score deemed him of higher than average risk of recidivating. Loomis appealed the sentence, arguing that neither he nor the judge could examine the formula for the risk assessment—it was a trade secret…
Yeah see, California tried 3 strikes and you’re out, that was a good way to spot repeat offenders. But we can’t profile now so we need this secret police-computer to take common sense out of it! I’m sure Roberts’ court will have no problem with it. It’s probably in the commerce clause.
Let’s Weasel Zippers for a couple.
The president of Venezuela, whose government shoots protesters in the street, recently thanked the international community for its “universal vote of confidence” in that country’s commitment to human rights…
How can these people get away with saying such things? Because they have been elected to the U.N. Human Rights Council, whose members are — on paper — charged with “upholding the highest standards” of human rights.
The deuce you say! WZ is quoting fakenewsers at the Wash Post, which makes that funny. The Wash Post has spent decades ignoring that shit and now they’re OUTRAGED!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
Stop drinking now.
When the council focuses on human rights instead of politics, it advances important causes. In North Korea, its attention has led to action on human rights abuses. In Syria, it has established a commission on the atrocities of Bashar al-Assad’s regime.
They’re still fakenewsers at heart so they have to make such laughable assertions.
Actions on human rights abuses in North Korea means they kill whoever talked and hide it for a while.
The commission on atrocities in Syria is a money making deal where they probably meet at some Sandals in the Med. I was going to link a few Syrian atrocity declarations but I couldn’t decide if I wanted 20 from before 2007 or 20 after. Eh, at least they’re not on the UN Human Rights committee (actual results may vary) like Venezuela, China and Cuba. Other places where they’re actively killing humans with no rights.
Oh, and a reminder.
Green Science is neither!
Some more International Community News!
For the first time, a small team of international data and financial journalists dug deep into the financial mechanisms of the EIB’s investments in Sub-Saharan countries, analysing a mix of public and internal data provided by the bank…
Our findings show that in several cases, large infrastructure projects, such as power plants and mines, have an adverse effect on the inhabitants of these countries. Insufficient scrutiny from the European institutions results in only a partial overview of the bank’s activities and a lack of transparency around the projects.
No! Why…that means that if we gave $trillions of aide to Africa for decades it would do no good!
What happens is that there are bribes and corruption all around, from the top down. You bribe the ruler of the country, you bribe the local warlord, the contractors all skim off and bribe the inspectors.
If they build a road, the ‘bed’ is shoddily done, the material to make the roadway is cheap and shoddy so the road is full of potholes and cracks within about a week of being opened. I’d hate to think of living near a dam or power plant built that way.
Much of the money goes to palaces, Mercedes and Switzerland.
I’m all broke up about this one.
Founding EU members Germany, France, and Italy have told US president Donald Trump that the Paris climate treaty “cannot be renegotiated”, after Trump announced the US would pull out.
I saw some freaking out about this but I didn’t get. I’d never wear it but then, I’d never wear cowboy boots. That doesn’t mean I’m against them.
I’m linking because of this picture though.
The guy in pink with the chubby looks the least gay.
Let’s look at some non-cognitive dissonance!
Speaking of non-cognition, I wish I could put Hillary’s face on Kim Jong Il’s body in this video.
Sitting on my rittle throne
I work rearry hard and make up great prans
But nobody ristens, no one understands
Seems like no one takes me serirousry
…
Feel rike a bird in a cage
It’s kinda sihry
But not rearry
Because it’s fihring my body with rage
I’m the smartest most crever most physicarry fit
But nobody else seems to rearize it
When I change the world maybe they’ll notice me
But until then I’rr just be ronery
Rittle ronery, poor rittle me
I’m so ronery
… funny… the masked/helmeted student protesters in commie Venezuela being fired on by police… the masked/helmeted commie protesters in the US being ignored by police…
There’s a symmetry there, it’s anti-freedom, but it’s there.
