I don’t like to just poach stuff from Hot Air and Ace, but these are two things that are worth your time.

1. Via Hot Air’s Headlines, this Weekly Standard cover article about David Mamet’s journey to the right is extremely well-written and features a number of humorous anecdotes, at least one of which paints the Stanfurd faculty in a bad light. GO BEARS!

Also, if you haven’t read the memoir mentioned at the very end, pick it up. It’s a fascinating read.

2. rdbrewer linked this interview between Adam Carolla and Andrew Breitbart in the sidebar at AoSHQ, and it’s AMAZING. It’s also NSFW due to language. (Maxine Waters is referenced with an ungentlemanly word, for example.)

If any of you other Morons have lived in California (or any other Blue State, but particularly California–and MOST particularly, the Los Angeles area) you’ll nod your skull right off your fucking neck. There’s also a great bit about how the NRA has worked as a group compared to smokers.

It’s an hour long, but it’s FUCKING GREAT.
