When couples get a divorce, it’s often said that the marriage ended long before they signed the divorce papers. Our national marriage is in that state – our Constitution is not operative, and nobody can even conceive of a realistic plan to bring it back.

I’ve been putting this off for ages, but wanted to spit something out before the election so as to avoid having this appear like a reaction to said election. Besides, my position doesn’t depend on whether there’s a Red Wave or not, or whether Pennsylvanians send a Bernie-bro with the cognitive capacity of a baked potato to the Senate. While I certainly have preferences in next week’s election and will be voting accordingly*, it ultimately doesn’t matter a lot in the long run who wins because the republic doesn’t exist anymore.

The bureaucracies are sovereign. The voters and our representatives are not institutionally capable of reining them in. The IRS leaks tax data for blatantly political purposes without so much as an “oops!” and harasses political undesirables at will with no consequences. The FBA/CIA/NSA run nonstop domestic election interference via both legacy media and new media while ignoring left wing riots (that were probably instigated by the FBI), clinic firebombings, assassination attempts, etc. Endless lawfare harassment against bakers and photographers who dare to hold traditional values, and by “traditional” I mean “widely held as of about five minutes ago”.

They do this right in front of our faces. It’s more effective for them to do it right in front of you so that understand exactly how screwed you are. Your Congress-critters, should they oppose this (-and many don’t), are utterly powerless to stop it. You, the voter, are utterly powerless to stop it.

You think it’s maybe not a great idea to have public school teachers hide your child’s gender transition from you? You think that maybe elections should be secure, and that voting should be a discrete event rather than a month-long scramble to produce passable ballots? You think that laws mean anything? What are you, some kind of terrorist?

I’m not sure if it’s more funny or sad when folks on the right try to espouse federalism/decentralization/ subsidiarity as the solution to our national disunity. It’s not funny/sad because they are bad concepts. Far from it. It’s funny/sad because their hope for restoration of the Constitution is like Kanye West asking Kim to come home. The left has no interest in allowing conclaves of right-leaning folks to do as they please.

Sorry fellas, the Constitution is out having sex with Pete Davidson right now, and I don’t think it wants to come home.

Time to draw up the divorce papers.

*(Yes I will be voting for the snake oil salesman from New Jersey.)

Cats and hubris go together.

The best Cat Vid you’ll see here that’s copied from Ace.

This post was started years ago, but finished this morning. It’s about whether we were really in the Funniest End of Civilization Ever, back when it was funnier and before it ended.

I wrote most of the below when I was reading or just got done reading Herodotus and Xenophon, now I’m reading The Jewish Wars by Josephus. It’s pretty cool. It’s a guy born in 37 AD I think, talking about the years leading up to the Diaspora, he was a leader during the rebellion against Rome that ended with Masada but changed sides.

So much of our problems today stem from hubris. Like global warmmongering, the idea that since we’ve industrialized no more than 5% of the planet and probably far less, we’re going to KILL US ALL!!!!!!

Which has made me wonder if many of us are suffering from it. I mean, maybe we’re not really in the Funniest End of Civilization Ever! but merely one of the funnier ones and perhaps our civilization isn’t the most ridiculous.

That last sentence didn’t hold up, that was before it was a crime against humanity to deny that a man could give birth or that women formerly known as Fred could dominate women’s sports or President Joe Biden and Vice President…. you know, the thing.

I wish I lived long enough to be able to read history stories that say, “…and then, and this really happened, they…”over and over.

But alas, it feels more like this every day.

Important, Above The Post Update!!!!!

No, really, and then this happened

Yes, the Taliban put two grim looking goat fuckers with AKs behind this news anchor who totally wasn’t forced to say the Taliban are our friends. The guy on the left looks as if he kills the goats after he fucks them.

Now, back to our ridiculous future history in most of its entirety!

Biden’s retreat from Afghanistan has been the worst series of military decisions since the Charge of the Light Brigade,

It was so bad Marine LtC Stuart Scheller threw away his career, and said he was doing so, to call out his chain of command.

Naturally he faced the consequences he knew were coming, he’d done it out of honor for love of country. As everybody is noticing, another LtC, LtC Bearclaw as Ace calls him, disobeyed orders from his commander in chief and badmouthed same and the only repercussions were well paid positions. He’d done it for love of our fine betters against his oath on and to the Constitution.

Meanwhile, and then this really happened, this soldier has no worries about repercussions for saying

Understand that if active duty military actually get deployed within the United States that weapon is not just pointed at other people, other countries. It’s pointed at you. If you do not get in your house when I tell you to, you become the enemy.

The remaking of the military is going gangbusters.

Back to the retreat of the heavy brigade,

…and then, this really happened, Biden actually gave the Taliban the names of people we want to get out because we are afraid the Taliban will kill them.

But Biden and his Generals! are responding to the murderous suicide attack!

Defense Department officials said one of the Islamic State drone targets was a “planner,” and one was a “facilitator.” Both, they said, were involved in planning attacks against Americans, although officials at a news conference on Saturday declined to say whether they were involved specifically in the Kabul airport attack.

So just some guys cruising around in a Toyota pickup. That’ll learn ’em!

And then this really happened, Biden’s Partners For Peace are screwing up the order on one of the worst things to screw it up, they’re killing then raping.

“They rape dead bodies too. They don’t care whether the person is dead or alive… Can you imagine this?”

The other is, of course, ‘pillage, then burn’.

Obama created ISIS, Trump crushed them and sent them into hiding, and then this really happened,

Potential Islamic State threats against Americans in Afghanistan are forcing the U.S. military to develop new ways to get evacuees to the airport in Kabul, a senior U.S. official said Saturday…

small groups of Americans and possibly other civilians will be given specific instructions on what to do, including movement to transit points where they can be gathered up by the military

So they won’t actually go and gather Americans to defend them from savages, they have to sneak their way past gangs of roving murderous savages to make it to the military.

And then this really happened, civilians did the job our military isn’t.

an all-volunteer group of American veterans of the Afghan war launched a final daring mission on Wednesday night dubbed the “Pineapple Express” to shepherd hundreds of at-risk Afghan elite forces and their families to safety,

Goat fucking, 7 century savages have absolutely no fear of America, and apparently rightly so.

And then this really happened, folks in the US and UK called for reparations to…. the Taliban!

Richard Burgon, a member of the British Parliament for the far-Left Labour party and Secretary of the Socialist Campaign Group of Labour MPs,(said)…what the West really needs to do now is start forking over money to the Taliban

Now they’re just fucking with us.

And then this really happened, the POTUS is now telling our enemies that we know about their plans

President Joe Biden on Saturday warned that another attack on the Kabul airport was “highly likely

That was, of course, a staple of the Obama years and somewhat curbed under Trump

If you’re in Afghanistan, the US is on the job!,

The state department has urged all US citizens to leave the area near the airport because of a “specific, credible threat”….

The US is continuing evacuations

And then this really happened, a suicide bomber killed many people, including Marines and a Navy medic, so Biden actually went to see their bodies when they arrived in America but he was late for a nap or pudding

And then this really happened, everybody blamed the guy who wasn’t in charge

and not the guy who is.

Don’t Blame Biden! IT’s Trump’s Fault!

The images coming out of Afghanistan have been disturbing. But let’s be clear: The Trump Administration led us straight into this mess. And President Biden is doing everything he can to get us out of it.

Our fine media betters in a preemptive strike!

Six months after the conclusion of the last impeachment, Republicans have begun calling for President Biden to be removed from office over his handling of the evacuation of Americans and allies from Kabul.

That from the Wash Post, who were all in on impeaching Trump for wanting the investigate corruption by the Biden Crime Family and whatever the other impeachment was about, now they’re against impeaching Biden for non-ridiculous reasons.

Which leads to this

Out of 1,000 likely voters surveyed August 24-25, 2021, just 29% said they “trust what the news media are reporting about the current situation in Afghanistan.”

Yes, that really happened, and yet people still act as if the media is trustworthy. We’ve seen it since they were lying about Bush.

So what else scary is going on? The reaction to Kung Flu of course.

And then this really happened!

So as the “free” world is attacking their citizens for wanting to live free, they know who’s not to blame for the Wuhan Flu that came from Wuhan, the lab in Wuhan to be exact, Wuhan being in China and the lab being a gov’t lab.

And then this really happened,

Notwithstanding, histrionic Chinese officials are threatening to retaliate against any nation that names the Wuhan Institute of Virology bat lab as the point source of the pathogen.

China warned the world not to blame it for the pandemic it unleashed.

And then this really happened, everything seems to cure Covid

Long-used cholesterol drug may help fight severe COVID-19.

except for the vaccine.

Science journalist Alex Berenson has been permanently suspended from Twitter, just one day after a viral series of tweets spotlighting an Israeli preprint study which showed that natural immunity from a prior Covid infection is 13 times more effective than vaccines against the delta variant.

The endiness is just so bad it’s hard to appreciate, but that is about funny.

And then this really happened, someone had to explain why it’s a bad idea to vacation in a murderous commie dictatorship’s gulag.

And then this really happened.

The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation, which runs a monument to 1700s history in Virginia, has created a “Gender Diversity Committee” to create “programs and reenactments geared toward educating the public on LGBTQ history in the colonies.”

Words fail me. I bet they leave that out of the history books because it would destroy their credibility.

The enemy of my enemy is my entertainment.

a reporter named Maranie Staab was attacked by members of an Antifa-affiliated group. After complaining about a report she’d done in Colombia in conjunction with TK News, they maced her, shot paint at her, and threw her to the ground.

And then this really happened, when one group planned a protest and another group came expressly to get violent and try to stop the protest, the people whose reporter/propagandist was assaulted, blamed both sides.

After a series of violent street clashes between left and right activists in Los Angeles, right-wing protesters planned a “United We Win” rally in Portland, Oregon for this past weekend. Antifa and left-wing groups pledged to “defend Portland from racist fascists.”

Can’t we all just get along? Stop thinking you have free speech so they don’t have to attack you!

Let’s cancel National Review! A guy at work brought in an old copy of NR so I read through it, it had this advertisement

They’re supporting slavery! Cancel them! The dastards!

and then this happened

So whataday think is coming next month?

This?

I know what I’m rooting for

Man, the last few posts have been much angrier than my usual, laugh in the face of the endiness.

I’m not sure if it’s me or if the endiness is just so horrific that it’s hard to appreciate the humor of whoever’s running things giving the names of people we want to protect from the Taliban to the Taliban or boning our allies and our own people.

The last 5 days have been utterly insane. I try not to look at stuff from Afghanistan but it’s so outrageously unbelievable and continuously adding more unbelievable outrageousness.

Much as I hate to do it, let’s start there.

I’m not posting the picture, but a bunch of goat and little boy fucking savages copied the iconic photo of the US Marines on Iwo Jima raising our flag.

Yes, they’re mocking the United fucking States fucking Marine fucking Corps.

In part thanks to the actions of Marine General “Mad Dog” Mattis and in accordance with his wishes.

I hope that motherfucking, oath-breaking, insurrectionist is fucking happy. It’s not my place, but the rest of the Marine Corps should declare the first ex-Marine.

And not just the Marine Corps, but they’re ordering all US military out of their ‘country’ by 9/11.

They probably want us out before whatever horrible terrorist attacks are going to happen on 9/11 so we’d have to decide to go back, get ready to go back and then actually go back. Which wouldn’t happen for the foreseeable future.

And in the Taliban’s defense, they’re entirely too mockable.

The Brit told him to go fuck himself, hopefully in those words. With other words questioning his manhood, parentage, procreational acumen and equipment. If it was a woman, I hope he made gender proper insults.

Without asking the general’s pronouns.

That shit is just embarrassing.

Of course, as Biden said it’s no problem getting to the airport.

He has a plan to evacuate them.

Well, not so much a plan as a hope that our fine media betters don’t report on the thousands of executions we’re about to not see.

Despicable and embarrassing. This sucks and it’s only going to get worse. A whole lot fucking worse.

The Taliban is showing off the weapons we paid for that they have but We The People don’t.

Helpfully illustrated

In the Glorious Now instead of Funny Cuz It’s True we have Not Funny Cuz It’s True.

And lest you think our fine betters in the State Dept are not on the job,

I wonder if they got absentee ballots.
I mean for federal elections, California absentee ballots are a given.

The State Dept was hacked but I’m sure it’s not serious.

Oh crap, they denied it. Hmmm, as I think about that, I’m actually thinking it really won’t affect their mission in Afghanistan, since they do not currently have a mission to evacuate anybody in Afghanistan. Whew, dodged that bullet!

Wherein Veeshir disagrees with Mark Steyn

Afghanistan is about Afghanistan – if you’re Afghan or Pakistani…

Afghanistan is not about Afghanistan, Afghanistan is not a country, it’s a place that no country wants enough to keep it.

Afghanistan to Pakistanis and Afghanis is about their own tribe and which tribes they’re allied with and which tribes they’re fighting.

As for alliances, they are just a convenience, they rarely have anything to do with who each tribe is going to attack.

The People’s Front of Afghanistan will ally with the Afghanistan Front of People against the People of the Front of Afghanistan but when battle starts, the Afghanistan Front of People suddenly join the People’s Front of Afghanistan against the People of the Front of Afghanistan! But wait! Suddenly the Afghanistan Front of People are joined by the People’s Afghanistan of Front against the……..and so on, century after century. They can’t even get together to repel an invader.

It’s like Syria with no central gov’t but with more little boy fucking and better beards.

I was fer going in, not so thrilled with “nation building” where there has never been a nation. I did have a plan for leaving a few years ago, it involved bombing much of the country with fuel air explosives, nuking the Pak border and leaving a few Marines with Ospreys, some of the 10th Mountain and a shitload of A-10s and Apaches.

The nukes were possibly a bit much, but that would have been better than what we have now.

That’s all the Afghanistan I can take, let’s look at something happy!

Whoever’s running the federal gov’t is ignoring the Taliban to focus on the real enemy.

BIDEN PREPARES TO SQUARE OFF WITH TEXAS AND FLORIDA OVER MASK MANDATES

One of the themes of this brave new world is how America might be boned, but the rest of the world is astronimcally more boned.

“These protestors want their freedoms back.”

Watch the whole, short, thing if you ran out of coffee and need an adrenaline fix to get going. I made it about 25 seconds. I had enough coffee this morning.

If you want more of the same, click here. It’s half infuriating, half frustrating and half depressing. Too many halves for me. Australia is going to a scary place.

In more “The People Are Getting What They Voted For Good and Hard” news, Seattle!

Seattle residents fed-up with homeless encampments fined by city for taking back their streets

Seattle residents, tired of their streets being used for homeless encampments and vehicles, blocked off parking spaces with cement blocks only to cited by the city.

Kurt Schlichter asks, Can Larry Elder Save California?

I’ll field that one.

No. California needs for the people to take back their state.

What our fine betters are prepared to do to keep us from ever voting for an unapproved candidate.

First, ensure we only see approved information

According to Vorhies, Google had tweaked its algorithms to ensure that people only saw negative stories from the mainstream media about former president Donald Trump when they used the search engine. He admits that the Big Tech platform altered its news algorithms to harm the president’s reputation, as well as the 2020 presidential election.

Yeah, we saw that, and anybody who wanted to know could have discovered it. Most people don’t want to know and/or are happy it happened.

In ‘Canada, they’re making a political party verboten!

Leaders’ Debates Commissioner David Johnston has confirmed that leaders of five political parties will be invited to participate in the upcoming election debates — but People’s Party of Canada Leader Maxime Bernier is not among them.

I don’t care enough to find out if they’re commies as their name implies, but I don’t care.

FBI starts to cloud their involvement in January 6th False Flag Operation.

I might have taken a liberty with the end of that quote.

The motive for the FBI to say there is “scant evidence” of any coordinated group activity in the January 6th Capitol Hill events is transparent.  The FBI need to cloud their involvement, their coordination, their agents, their planted informants and the FBI direction in the events.

And bingo was his name-o.

The reason for the title and first picture (which caption I saw on a graphic somewhere a few weeks ago, I forget where and couldn’t find it.

Glenn Greenwald — CNN and Lib Media are controlled by the CIA…

All too plausible and even likely.

A great 21st Century story.

A landmark study on how to curb cheating has been retracted after nearly a decade and the prominent professor whose team produced the paper is himself accused of cheating and relying on faked data.

That’s too funny. The Global Worming dept must have had cutbacks at that school.

This one I don’t understand.

Bishop caught masturbating on Zoom call replaced by Pope Francis

I’m not sure if that would have been an improvement, I wouldn’t want to see either one beating off.

Let’s end with some graphics.

Sure they didn’t have antibiotics or deodorant, but this makes a good argument.

A coupla current events related ones

actually, this next one is totally not current events related at all. Not at all.

Yup, totally unrelated to anything that happened in November 2020

Speaking of events that didn’t happen, I hope Roberts is happy at what his fecklessness and probable corruption have wrought.

I had a heck of a time getting home the other day.

That’s freaking great.

A little personal business.

I’m pretty darn paranoid (but am I paranoid enough?), the other day I left work at about 12:45 am and got on the highway. I set my cruise for 80 so I don’t get a ticket (I love AZ), and passed a guy as soon as I got on the highway.

He sped up and started following me. I hadn’t come close to piss him off but, eh, I figured he just wanted me to get the ticket.

He got off at my exit, 10 or so miles later. He followed me through 4 lights to the right turn on my street, a major street. I noticed it but thought I was being too paranoid so didn’t worry about it. Much.

He turned into my trailer park. What the fuck? Now I’m really fucking paranoid. I went past my street and just went straight, if he followed me I was going to just pull over and get out to see what his deal was but he turned down my street. WTF? I was glad I didn’t turn that way because that would have freaked me out. I went around a block and saw him go up the next cross street, turn and pull into a driveway.

I figure he saw my car, knew it because he drives by my place a lot and there aren’t a lot of silver Mustang convertibles cruising the greater Phoenix metro area with a devilishly handsome, balding, silver-haired, fat guy driving.

For a second I thought Hayzeus was looking for my new place, good thing it wasn’t. I was gonna put sugar in his tank for a change.

I know, don’t encourage them, but seriously, how much worse can it get?

The U.S. assesses that the capital of Afghanistan could fall to the Taliban within the next 90 days,

Also 4 days ago

Yesterday

Taliban can besiege Kabul in 72 hours, US intelligence

Today

The Pentagon has two weeks to rescue tens of thousands of people from war-torn Afghanistan as the Taliban inch toward the capital city of Kabul and demand a ‘peaceful transfer of power.’

Also Today

Kabul fell

Also today

Totally not Saigon

Jebus, I thought the Valerie Jarrett Administration’s retreat from Iraq was the worst thing they could do.

And as they’re working on taking my guns, they just provide the Taliban with $millions of guns

Taliban Humvees

They coulda replaced my Caballero with a Humvee, but no, they hate me more than they hate the Taliban.

I hate it when I’m not cynical and mistrustful enough.

Biden’s bosses are dunking on him

According to U.S. and foreign intelligence sources cited by (a minitrue outlet I’m not linking) Chinese Communist Party leaders are preparing to formalize their relationship with the Islamist insurgents.

And lest we think the GOP has forgotten us…

Get Out Your Squeezy Bulbs!

GOP Voter Device

And More!

“Everything in their power” is to whine on Twitter.

I’m sure the thousands of folks trapped in Kabul’s airport are totally happy that Mitch McConnell and Tom Cotton Are On The Job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On the light side, our intelligence officials are all over The Investigation Into The Worst Day In American History!!!!!!!!!

Totally not a political hit

It’s been almost seven months since the FBI conducted a pre-dawn raid at the Virginia farm of Thomas and Sharon Caldwell. Dozens of armed agents broke down their front door, ransacked their home, and arrested Tom Caldwell on January 19. A week later, a grand jury indicted Caldwell and two other alleged Oath Keepers for various crimes related to their participation in the Capitol protest on January 6.

Despite the fact Caldwell never entered the building, carried no weapon, and assaulted no one, the Justice Department sought to keep the 66-year-old former Navy lieutenant with service-related disabilities in jail awaiting trial. Caldwell, a decorated military veteran, has no criminal record.

Nonetheless, on February 12, Judge Amit Mehta ordered Caldwell to remain behind bars: “What Mr. Caldwell is accused of is conspiring with others to plot an insurrection against the junta that illegally stole an election.

I may have altered the last line of that quote.

The Obama habit of telling judges to go fuck themselves Is Back!

Mehta said it was “troubling” to learn that the full trove of discovery material won’t be accessible to defendants until early 2022. That means defendants like Caldwell will have to wait at least a year before all the evidence related to their case will be available to defense attorneys…

told Judge Trevor McFadden in a hearing July 30, would not be met until early 2022 and that was a “conservative” estimate, she said. McFadden replied, “this does not feel what the Constitution [and] the Speedy Trial Act envisions.”

Rat bastids.

Is the federal government torturing Brian Kolfage?

Probably, but not why I’m linking

Brian Kolfage, an airman who survived losing both legs and an arm in Iraq, started a fundraiser to build a wall on our Southern border. The project took off, a lot of money flowed in, and the federal government promptly went after Kolfage, accusing him of defrauding those who donated money. This post is not about Kolfage’s guilt or innocence on the charges against him.

I however will speculate about his guilt or innocence.

Since they’re such cynically evil bastids, I figure he was arrested not for scamming folks but for actually trying to build the wall our betters don’t want built.

In other light news, I am looking forward to our fine media betters giving a black man the Trump TreatmentTM

Larry Elder, the leading Republican candidate in the California gubernatorial recall election, held his first official press conference of the campaign on Friday morning and promised to “suspend” any statewide mask or vaccination mandates that may be in place if elected.

“I am not going to tell private businesses what to do. I’m talking about what I would do as a governor regarding state employees,

That’s not how gov’t works! Geez, it’s like he doesn’t watch CNN!

In Masque of the Red Death News,

A total of 74 people on Martha’s Vineyard have tested positive for Covid- 19 since former President Barack Obama’s 60th birthday extravaganza last Saturday, more than any week since April.

In the interest of disclosure, Paco and I both thought of the same thing, he just posted first.

Totally unrelated to everything I posted above

Yup, totally unrelated.

In good doggie news

I can watch that for hours.

My hero!

A repost, Conan had the Riddle of Steel, we have the Riddle of Brass

In closing I’d just like to say my faith in corporate America has been restored.

Last week I needed a part for the a/c in my Mustang, I went online and nobody had it on Sunday, Ford parts dept. was closed on Sunday, so Saturday afternoon I went to O’Reilly’s Auto Parts and they claimed they’d have it delivered to the nearest store by 10:30 AM. I figured no way, but since I’m an optimist, I tried. Lo and behold it was there! On time and on target!!!!!!

Imagine my surprise.

So Friday I ordered a laptop at Best Buy, I was going to pick it up at the store yesterday but they said they’d deliver it Saturday. No show. Today it showed that they had no idea when I’d get it and I couldn’t pick it up at the store. I called up and told the customer service named Sally or something, with a suspiciously Indian sounding accent, told me they didn’t know when it would be delivered and no, I couldn’t pick it up at the store. I told her I would cancel it if I couldn’t pick it up. She said, “Okay” with absolutely no attempt to keep my business. That’s how American corporations are supposed to act.

So I ordered a better computer for $50 more at Staples.

An hour later a Best Buy truck showed up with the computer, maybe, might have been the external DVD/CD drive I ordered too, she said she only had one item. I told her I’d cancelled it because of what they told me. She was nice, but I wasn’t interested. If they don’t want my business who am I to argue?

The a/c in my Mustang has been working great. It was cooler last week, less than 100 degrees, but the humidity made me happy I had a/c. It was nearly 50% all week!

So what did we learn today?

O’Reilly’s did what they promised and the Valerie Jarrett Admin is a bunch of anti-American assho….. wait, we knew that last part.

stagantor3

I started this post a long time ago, ^that long ago. Stacy Abrams as Gigantor.  Or was it Gigantor as Stacy Abrams?

I really should get photoshop, I can sorta use a really old version on a computer that I can’t get to boot up.

So let’s start with another paint-shop.

I got pretty upset the fucking foreskins wimped out. I actually had to call them the Redskins for a while. That was a bad week or two, but I think I came up for a great name for the Washington Football Team (wimps)

Can’t decide where to put the scissors, and just do a gelding or go for the package deal?

IMPORTANT UPDATE FOR SHIT I SHOULD HAVE PUT HERE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!!!!

Lest we forget in all this making fun of the Geldings,

Lottsa old going on but some new since last we met.

Let’s break out our trusty GOP voter device one last time for Bill Barr

GOP Voter Device

Barr’s leaving but he did his job, he got GOP voters arfing, slapping their fins and honking their squeezy bulbs but did absolutely jack and shit. And shit ran out of gum.

He could have done something like, ohh…….. arrest someone for all the fucking feloniously treasonous actions taken against Trump and now the election but he didn’t and now his job is done.

Ignoring that the machines used to cheat Joe into winning are blatantly set up to fucking cheat. Remember when Diebold was going to steal an election? As with everything the left accuses others of doing, they’re doing it.

Biden and his criminal family belong in jail but instead he has a good chance of becoming POTUS ,at least partially thanks to Barr (and all the other AGs) not doing his job.

Which brings us to PACO’s post It’s all about pissing me off.

2) Judges – even the highest in the land – are as susceptible to threats and intimidation as anyone, and the SCOTUS justices have calculated that there is more to fear from the Left than from the Right (see #1);

3) Judges refusing to do their job, for any reason, are demonstrating cowardice;

4) Any state (which I took to mean not only political sub-units of the U.S., such as Michigan or Pennsylvania, but the nation-state, as well) that cannot ensure a fair election deserves no respect whatsoever.

Exactly on point 4. I’d say there’s some blackmail and maybe fear but I’d bet there’s a lot more money involved in Roberts’ deal.

Our fine betters in the uniparty have no idea what they’re playing with. Everybody knows that the rule of law is dead now, how many law-abiding people are going to act accordingly?

The media and our political betters in the GOP and Dem party think they know what they’re doing, they’re smarter than we are after all, but I don’t think anybody knows what’s going to happen.

How will people resist the more and more random, unnecessary, confusing and yet blatantly controlling edicts coming out of so many pols’ mouth?

Who’s going to enforce their will?

The cops they’re been shitting on for a long fucking time? The ones who are leaving in droves?

Of course, that could be part of the plan, if I thought those idiots weren’t idiots. Get rid of cops who care and keep the young and malleable. I don’t know, that’s an interesting thought. ‘Interesting’ as in “unsettling.”

Are they counting on the military? To ignore the Constitution they take an oath on?

Yeah, about that.

That’s the military cheering Trump. As they do whenever they can. He hasn’t started any new wars and was getting us out of the endless wars around the world.

I can’t believe the military leadership wants us in fucking Syria. My long time plan still stands, give any and all jihadis a ride to the area of Syria of their choice, give them an AK, rpg or bomb vest as they get off the bus. We don’t need Americans dying in the bucket of scorpions. Somehow I think the people who’ve had to actually deal with syrian jihadis feel the same way.

So what’s the fucking point? Are they really expecting to use cops and the military to take our guns? I mean, sure Obama revamped our officer corps, but they’re not the ones out in the field to shoot Americans.

What the hell is going to happen next month? Seriously. People who think 2021 is going to be less bad than 2020, well, they’re going to have a rude awakening. 2021 is going to be fucking interesting.

The worst part? I have to watch what I say and wearing Trump gear is actually an act of bravery in many places. That’s fucked up.

And getting fucked uppeter.

How fucked uppeter? Firefly reimagined by Disney. That’s how far up we are fucked.

My source tells me that Disney is in early development on a Firefly reboot.  The new show would start the story of Captain Mal Reynolds and his crew aboard the Serenity over from scratch, with an aim to make this a long-running series on Disney+.  There is a twist here and the twist is that they see the show as ideal family-friendly programming for Disney+.  My source tells me they’re planning to target it more at a PG-adventure, family audience and less at the sort of PG-13 dynamic the original Joss Whedon show went for.

Although I shouldn’t pick on Disney, there isn’t really anybody who could do it and not make it cringe-worthy. Joss Whedon is a lefty tool, he’d make a subplot where Mal goes crazy because all anti-gov’t types are one shot of whiskey away from killing everyone in sight to people like him.

Caballero story, it’s been sitting for a long time. The gas tank is leaking. My Mustang needed work and other stuff has needed money. I’ve taken a while off from throwing money down the caballero’s exhaust. I hope heyzeus is happy now.

Eh, I thought I had more links, but really, what is there to talk about right now?

Well, the debt that’s getting ridicudebtacular. We blew past $30 trillion like nothing. We’ll be $40 trillion in debt by 2023 or 2024. Seriously, how long can we go when we’ll be borrowing money to pay just the interest on our debt?

I didn’t foresee exactly what happened, but about 15 years ago I started wishing for an asteroid strike. I really think it would have been less destructive than what’s about to happen.

So, how’s your week going?

I’m voting Trump. It’s not even really a hard decision.

Yes, he’s a jackass, and yes I kind of hate him. I was actually more interested than I generally care to admit that he caught COVID. But hey, Biden’s just really that bad. (And don’t get me started on Harris.)

With Trump, I get probably better than 50% of my policy preferences. And every once in a great while, something he does that I had opposed turns out to not even be that bad. Yes, he fumbled a bit early on with the pandemic, but I have zero confidence Biden (or Clinton) would have done any better given the previous administration’s performance and contemporaneous statements from earlier this year. Biden’s “plan” is partly cribbed from Trump, and partly a cop-out to acquiesce to expert advice, which may or may not mean lock-downs, depending on what suits Biden on any particular day. (FYI, Biden has no Constitutional authority for the national mask mandate he’s promising, irrespective of the merits of such a policy.)

With Biden, I know I’m getting approximately zero of what I want. At best, it’s a reversion to the Obama years, and that’s pretty damned bad. He’ll re-regulate everything that Trump deregulated, raise taxes, and we’ll go back to stagnant economic growth. Then, mysteriously, all of the unintended consequences of that taxation and regulation will somehow be the fault of greedy capitalists, and we’ll need to regulate and tax some more. Funny how that works.

Even worse, Biden might actually get some of the new things he’s campaigning on, like the $15k home tax credit, which is phenomenally moronic. Subsidize the purchase of an item with inelastic supply that’s generally bought with debt and… instant real estate bubble. I’m tempted to make an Alzheimer’s joke here about Biden’s short memory regarding the government-induced real estate bubble that ensured the election of the Obama-Biden ticket. But really, Biden’s been wrong about virtually every policy he’s ever touched for nearly five decades, so I can’t necessarily chalk that one up to senility. It’s actually impressive how wrong he’s been. On everything. Wrong, even when he was sharp, which if we’re being honest here, is no longer the case.

Now, for those of my friends who claim that “hate” is on the ballot, I have some bad news for you. You’re the victims of a really pathetic propaganda campaign. I mean, for starters, nobody is invalidating anybody’s marriage. Think Trump hates gay folks? Go ahead and Google “Richard Grenell”. Have you fallen prey to the “fine people” race hoax? I’m sorry that you’re stuck in a media bubble, but that’s ridiculous. It would be laughable if so many people didn’t take it so seriously, which is why Biden and Harris both repeated that lie. And have you noticed that Trump’s polling as well among Hispanic voters as Dubya? How did that happen? Show me on the doll where the Orange Man hurt you.

Which side is full of hate? The side that is lighting shit on fire is full of hate. Which side do you suppose business owners fear when they are boarding up their store fronts?

Nevertheless, I fully expect Biden to win. I find it difficult to believe that the polls are as wrong as they would need to be for Trump to turn it around. The dinosaur media and Big Tech social media have been giving a full court press, somehow outdoing all previous propagandizing efforts. And much as Biden is obviously a DC swamp creature, and almost certainly involved in the Russia-gate scandal, he’s not quite as hated and hate-able as Hillary Clinton.

P.S.: Jared should get the Nobel Peace Prize.

Science is a methodology to find or approximate reliable information. It is not something you “believe in” as though it were a religion.

Science can inform decision making. Science cannot make a decision.

Based on the best available data (-which is always subject to new observation), science can suggest that the novel coronavirus is more deadly than most influenza viruses. Science can suggest methods of reducing propagation of the virus among the population. Science can suggest probable outcomes from various policies.

Science cannot decide the relative importance of allowing greater economic activity versus suppressing activity in order to reduce the rate of viral infection. Science cannot balance the number of deaths from infection against the loss of livelihood due to unemployment, depression and suicide due to social isolation, or unintended consequences of delaying “elective” medical procedures. Science cannot assign moral value.

Take the classic “trolley problem” and its variants. In the trolley problem, science will tell you that if you flip the switch, a certain set of individuals will die, and that if you do nothing, a different set of individuals will die. Science does not tell you whether to flip the switch.

When a politician of any party tells you that they are making a policy decision based on science, they are implying a value. That implied value might be reasonable. You may agree with that value. But be aware that they sneaked in the value through the back door.

As with so many crises, the ‘rona has brought out both the best and the worst in people. But mostly the worst.

Like many others, I’m going a little stir-crazy under our “shelter in place” directive. Most of us understand that such directives are to a large extent necessary. But more than a few mayors and state governors have gotten carried away with their newfound emergency powers, and they’ve forgotten that they’re governing actual people. Ornery, independent, American people.

There’s a natural distribution to the level of inconvenience people are willing to put up with. Some will put up with virtually nothing. Most, it seems, will tolerate quite a bit of inconvenience… for a time. But every individual has their breaking point, and the longer the restrictions go on, the more people are going to be agitated. The less the impositions seem to have any rational basis, the less the people are going to tolerate much of anything. And then all hell will break loose.

The slow-roll of increasingly arbitrary guidance and restrictions has been most maddening.

Don’t wear a mask, it will only hurt. Wear a mask if you want. You should probably wear a mask. You must wear a mask in public in order to enter a store and buy anything.

Stay active, maybe go for a walk. But don’t go to a park. Or a beach. And maybe you can kayak in some states, but don’t go motorboating.

Liquor stores in PA were closed, but beer distributors are essential.

Stay in your Detroit-metro homes in the densely-populated hotspot, and don’t drive yourself out to your second home where you can safely hole-up for a while.

Lowe’s can stay open, but your locally-owned gardening center can’t. Or maybe you can go to a store that sells gardening supplies, but those seeds you wanted were roped off because the items are deemed “non-essential”.

In a moment of absolute absurdity in a universe where cancer biopsies are elective and therefore banned, Governor Whitmer defended the continued allowance of abortion services as “life sustaining”. Now, there’s a constitutional argument to be made about keeping abortion services available — it’s a constitutionally protected right that is time sensitive — but to be so tone deaf as to call abortion “life sustaining” is rather galling when, at least for a time, Michiganders were prevented from buying child car seats.

Accommodations must be made. Open the damned garden centers, and don’t rope anything off in a store that has so-far been deemed essential. Allow hairdressers and barbers to open by appointment only and with adequate sanitation efforts. Don’t make impossible demands of small businesses about open space in their employee break areas that aren’t exactly expandable at the government’s whim.
Governors and mayors are not going to be able to sustain adequate preventive measures if they act like petty dictators and deprive people of some modicum of normalcy. The longer the restrictions are in place, the more arbitrary the restrictions, and the more disruptive to normal life, the more turmoil governments are inviting for themselves. The natives are getting restless.

Seriously, the last three days I tubed my tube and found jack and shit to blog about, and jack was caught molesting some chiclets.

So today I tubed and this is what I got.

What’s going on in Zimbabwe?

Nobody seems too sure. But as best I can piece together (from articles such as this and this, for example), here’s the story.

Mugabe’s previous supporters have turned on him, and that’s what turned the tide. Those in charge of the coup don’t want it to be perceived as an actual coup. They prefer to follow parliamentary procedure and impeach him, which looks as though it could happen.

Yeah, it’s Africa, they’re just changing warlords, business as usual. They’re pretending to prefer to follow parliamentary procedure so the International Community!!!! can pretend they’re all legitimate and shit and give them that sweet, sweet aid money. Mugabe will play along so he gets to retire to France instead of being hacked to death with a machete and/or fed to hyenas.

When Erdogan faked his coup in Turkey I actually had high hopes it was an actual coup, I wrote:

Erdogan, budding thugocrat, says Army Is Couping Me!!!!!!

Usually when a thugocrat starts yelling that, he’s going to crack down while I say, “I wish”.

Should have gone with instinct A. Much of the world hasn’t changed much, culturally, in the last 1,000 years, they just have to mouth the proper shit to make leftist fools happy to get money from them (us).

Next up we have this interesting question.

Saudi public being prepared for alliance with Israel?

Lt. Gen. Gadi Eisenkot, chief of the general staff of the IDF, gave an unprecedented interview to an online Saudi news site where he said Israel is prepared to share intelligence on Iran with Saudi Arabia if the need arises.

Eisenkot also called Iran the “real and largest threat to the region,” echoing sentiments expressed by Saudi Arabia recently.

As I wrote the other day, sure the Saud’s fund the terrorist in the Palestinian Terrortory, but Iran is working on nukes when we saw the Saudi Terrorist in Chief would not answer the question about working with Israel.

I have to admit, Obama’s Smirt Duhplomacy did what even St. Jimmeh could not do, get the Saudis to be ‘friends’ with Israel.

It’s funny what helping the Saud’s enemies get nukes will do. Why they might even stop funding terrorists who kill Americans!

Sorry, I should give a spew warning when I write ridiculous shit.

Next up we have…uhhhh….. not a fucking thing. Nother person comes forward to accuse a Dem of sexual groping as the media tries to obfuscate the issue, more media ignoring Menendez, more Mitch Fucking McConnell keeping his bribehole shut about more Dem Senators’ problems. And of course, as we all knew, Gloria Allred is a lying sack of publicity-bitch.

Now, if Al Sharpton said Roy Moore was in on the Tawana Brawley rape, that I would blog about!

As I was wondering what to write about we should do next, Bones McCoy, playing a crazed gunman in Apache Uprising, said:

I say we kill em all and clear out while we got a chance.

Hard to argue with that.
