What if it’s malice and stupidity?

Via a commenter at David Thompson, we see this fine example of malicious stupidity. That’s a link to some Berkeley paper with stories about this totally tolerant, loving, caring, murderously evil lefty. One of the stories leads to this, which while malicious and stupid, it has one of the most hilarious ledes you’ll see.

A series of violent clashes this weekend involving neo-Nazis permitted to rally at the state Capitol was initiated not by the white nationalist group but by counter-protesters, a law enforcement official said Monday.

Heh.  The mostly peaceful protesters are also more violent than real nazis, not just the ones they make up in their feverish imaginations.

A similar melee broke out in Anaheim earlier this year when members of the Ku Klux Klan announced they were holding a rally at a park. Counter-protesters showed up early and waited. When the first Klansmen arrived, they were set upon by the group.

Three people were stabbed at the Anaheim rally. At the Sacramento rally Sunday, seven people were stabbed and nine were hospitalized.

They’re more viciously violent than other, self-avowed, nazis and white supremacists.

At least that time they were real nazis, unlike the other day. What does that have to do with the Berkeley nazi-violence?

The Nazis are the violent ones — we are acting in self-defense. We need to take them head on, confront them, but with as many people as possible.
— Yvette Felarca, counter-protester

That’s one of the fine, tolerant, totally not maliciously stupid Berkeley denizens.

They’re not going to be happy until their version of the Word is accepted by all. And they spread the Word by the sWord.

Here we have a discussion of the malicious stupidity of blaming progriots on anybody but violent lefties.

Antifa is short for “anti-fascist” and is pronounced an-TEE-fah. According to left-leaning tech magazine Wired, they are “militant anti-fascist[s]” and “anarchists prone to property destruction and online abuse.they double down on political polarization, driving the national narrative even further from center.” For a deeper explanation into its historical roots, see The Washington Post, Wired Magazine, and USA Today. (hahahahahahahaha V)

I left that last sentence in there for some funny, getting a “deeper explanation” of anything but stupid malice from the Wash Post is just funny.

But the point about how the Dem-media/entertainment complex has spent a while now viciously othering people like me, now they’re trying to bring it all together but…

rioters-2nd-amendment-comic

That stupid thing is likely to come back to haunt them.

This is a fine example of stupid and malicious people thinking other people are stupid.

In worksheets provided to Live 5 News, sixth graders at Alston Middle School were asked to fill in blanks about Islam and match up statements from the Quran with the five pillars of the religion.

So parents are thrilled with their kids being converted to another religion so the school folks had this to say.

One of the next civilizations beings studied in the course will be ancient Rome that will include the study of Christianity

They have a curriculum there and for some reason it looks as if stuff is meant to be taught chronologically, so I guess Islam was before Rome and Christianity.

Or maybe they decided that the kids needed to be taught that Islam Means Peace because of some recent event.

Why I Want Rand Paul In The Senate Gumming Up The Works And Didn’t Want Him As POTUS Except As To Gum Up The Works.  He’s upset about some ‘neo-con’ in the Trump admin, but I wanted to write about this.

the neocons (all of them Never-Trumpers) continue to maintain that the Iraq and Libyan Wars were brilliant ideas.

Okay, that’s more stupid than malicious. Which of these neo-cons say the Libyan Stupidity was brilliant?

As for Iraq, he’s arguing against what was. “We shouldn’t have done that!!!!!!!!!!!” is stupid and malicious. It’s the opposite of useful.

We were fucking done. All we had to do was keep troops there for a long time but they would not have had to fight much. The same way we pacified EUnuchstan and Japan. But no, Obama ran away and now the region is even more fucked up.

No matter who thought what about the beginning, it was done. We had created something that could have turned into a decent country, but the run-away types like Obama, with Rand fucking Paul cheering him on, didn’t like that so they threw it away.

And now we’re worse off than we were before.

A drudgetaposition.

CNN’s Excuse For Banning Kelly Ann Conway Doesn’t Add Up!

Trump’s Folks Won’t Go On CNN

More stupid than malicious describes Katy somebody pretty well I’d say.

As we know, there’s, since 2000, been a couple dozen suspicious deaths of journalists in Russia who came out against the government there. Donald Trump has made no secret about going after journalists and his distaste for any news that doesn’t agree with him here. Do you find that this is a dangerous path he is heading down?

She’s So Brave!!!! to be STANDING UP TO TRUMP!!!!!!!!!! Why, she’s risking a mean-spirited (but hilarious) Tweet!!!!!!!!

Turkish PM Backtracks On Obama-Brokered Deal With Netanyahu.

Shit, now we have to apologize to Israel for two things. First, Obama getting Netanyahu to apologize to terrorists enableers, and now this.

A week or two ago I had a story about how Britain Airstrip One investigated the assassination of one of Tsar Putin’s enemies in London and they hid the results (Ignorance is Strength!). Tsar Putin I shows his gratitude as only a Bond-Villain/KBG Agent/Tsar can.

Boris Berezovsky, the Russian oligarch who helped broker Vladimir Putin’s rise to the Kremlin’s top job only to become his fierce enemy, has been found dead at his home in Britain in unclear circumstances.

Eh, so does that mean Oceania is…has always been at war with Eurasia?

Via Samizdata, more Airstrip One news, some friend of O’Brien’s had this to say about their new restrictions on free speech, journalism and blogging.

Press regulation: the royal charter deal is a move towards a better democracy

In the body

believe there is a need to totally re-evaluate the way we look at the relationship between the media and democracy. … I believe our developing concept of a duty of care should be extended to “a care” for our shared but fragile democratic values.

Freedom Is Slavery!

I was wrong, the Senate did pass a budget. It appears to be so full of poisoned pills that any Dem senator due for reelection next year voted against itand therefore, has no chance of being passed by the House so we still won’t have a budget.

I linked to Minitrue (The Hill) just for this quote though

Democrats had been dogged by criticism for failing to approve a budget resolution since 2009 and the vote removes that GOP talking point from the political scene.

Assholes. GOP talking point? That should be journalists’ talking point, you assholes pretend to be “impartial” even as you just root for your chosen side.

Fuck you.

Speaking of worrying about being reelected, we see these assholes are not worried and if people would pay attention they should be.

The list of 20 GOP senators who voted to fund Obamacare. Some of the usual suspects, Chambliss, Hatch, Collins. Some I”m surprised like Cornyn and Isakson, and one I’m utterly shocked isn’t there, Fucking McCain. Of course, he’s up for reelection and I’m hoping his primary isn’t pretty.  One I’m confused about, is Murkewkskey an Independent?

McConnell (R-KY)       Murkowski (R-AK)

Thune (R-SD)              Wicker (R-MS)

Fuck you Mitch McConnell. You especially are a slimy piece of shit. I look forward to you voting yes on the Take Veeshir’s Guns bill you and Feinstein are figuring out now.

Speaking of which…..

From the Barrel of a Gun (blog) we see this.

It would be funny if it weren’t true.

Obama’s EPA helping bestialists.

NCBA and the National Pork Producers Council are both furious with EPA for handing extremist groups illegally gathered data on farmers who operate confined animal feeding operations.

Motherfucking assholes are out of fucking control, they care not for laws, propriety or anything but advancing their religion.

This one is interesting, the Senate voted against any UN “Take Veeshir’s Guns” Treaty.

Sen. James Inhofe (R-Okla.) introduced an amendment that would prevent the United States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty in order to uphold the Second Amendment. His amendment passed on a 53-46 vote.

It worked on Kyoto, but this bit of good paranoia from my favorite ‘stan (SondraKistan) is good, paranoiac reading.

This is the conclusion, you’ll have to actually make with the clicky to read the build-up (Hint: It has to do with the DHS buying all the ammo in America so the Police can’t get any)

Okay, that’s all for now, people. I want a report on my desk in the morning to include:
1. How this might lead to a federal “civilian defense force.”
2. How this might lead to federal licensing of civilian ammunition purchases.
3. How this accommodates enforcement of the proposed UN arms treaty without a need to actually ratify it.

Good paranoia just keeps spreading, no one, and I  mean no one (most especially his allies), trusts Obama to even pay lip-service to the Constitution.
Wherein Veeshir agrees with Obama!

President Barack Obama says each of his proposed steps to reduce gun violence should get a vote in Congress _ even an assault weapons ban that both parties agree stands little chance at passing.

First, get this shit over with. Second, if it fails then good, if it passes, then good. We need the fucking showdown soon. Nickle and diming our rights away is pissing me off.

I do wonder why he said it in Jordan, is he trying to make jihadis understand he’s doing his best to disarm us for their attacks?

I cannot put anything, no matter how despicably murderous, past Mr Fast and Furious Benghazi.

Now, the hotassery, I believe this is the first actual sex show on DPUD!

I’ll cast the nets.

I think this one will be short on links, long on commentary, let’s find out!

Above the Post Update! (so Ignore that “First up” you’ll see later on)

Anybody see the show “Vikings” on the History Channel? Yes, they interrupted Pawn Stars to air a show about history, I was as surprised as anybody. It was actually decent. It’s a soap opera, but it’s with Vikings. Pretty cool. I hope it doesn’t go too soap opera-y because it was pretty good. Hot shield maiden, evil king, dreaming inventory/adventurer type. My only problem is that Viking women wear far too much clothing. That’s probably why it’s not on HBO or Skinemax.

Now, back to the post!

First up, we’ve all seen McCain getting all jealous that someone else is taking his “maverick” label, so he needed to quash that quickly. Well, Rand Paul fired back. It’s a minitrue link (the Hill), so there will be some hilarity.

“They think the whole world is a battlefield, including America, and that the laws of war should apply,”….

“I don’t think the laws of war apply to America,

Eggzactly.

Speaking of Obama’s Cox Skybomber Armada, via paco noticing moonbattery,  we get this

north-by-northwest

It’s hilarious, until you think about it. Where’s Northwestern University again?

A Veeshir Vearless Vrediction for 2016: Jeb Bush or some similar spit in my eye is nominated, Rand Paul is boned by the establishment during the primary. He runs as a libertarian as GOPers explain we need to suck it up and vote for Jeb Bush-type. Rand Paul gets more votes as a libertarian than the GOP but lose to Hillary/First Worf  ticket and all the post-mortems explain how it’s the fault of the unhelpful tea party types who refused to suck it up and vote for the less bad alternative.

Here’s one way they’ll attack him, figuring stuff out is hard, and Rand Paul makes an error I’m surprised someone who managed to be elected Senator would make, he mentions things that are not easily understood but are easily demagogued.

He mentioned some Lochner case that is not the crazy guy in AZ who shot a bunch of people including killing a judge (but he’s conservative so we don’t hear about him) and shot a congresscritter (who’s a Dem so we hear about her all the time). It has something to do with discrimination against women.

So lefties can demagogue him as hating wymyn, as you read this at Volokh where he seems to agree with Rand Paul, you’ll find your eyes drooping and your attention wandering as it’s full of inside Supreme Court stuff.

Rand Paul might be right, but that’s about the least important metric there is in politics today. What matters is that he hates wymyn.

He might do pretty well on the Libertarian ticket, if people like John Stewart can overcome their sucking of Democratic dick to notice he agrees with what they claim to believe.  I mean, sure Stewart is on his side now, but there’s no election coming up. The proof is in the pudding. And until my balls are in the pudding, I’m not counting on shit.

Velly Funny. The sequester is making it so Obama’s constant golfing/vacationing is going to be bad optics. Poor Obama.

For Mr. Obama, the months ahead will be tricky. Few people object to a president taking some time to relax — to work out, play basketball, sit on a beach, go to dinner.

Seriously, you’d have to click through to get the full, “Leave Britney..Obama alone” vibe. I ain’t linking the NY Times though, I avoid fanboi pages when I can, especially considering how they bashed Bush when he took those vacations to his own home.

This is true for so many reasons it’s going to be hard to stick to just a couple.

Court Justice Anthony Kennedy said Wednesday that congressional lawmakers need to maintain the nation’s balance of power by being able to compromise, expressing concerns that the high court is increasingly the venue for deciding politically charged issues such as gay marriage, health care and immigration.

That’s cuz politicians like keeping wedge issues alive that are used for fundraising. It’s also because Minitrue always frames them to show that the Dems are sane and GOP is insane (and hates them some wymyn and minorities) but since the Dems are on the wrong side so far as America itself is concerned (whenever gay marriage goes to the polls it loses)  they don’t want to vote for it.
Relatedly, leftists have discovered that it’s easier to convince a few people than it is to convince voters so their venue is lawfare.

What makes it interesting is that it’s Kennedy saying it, it’s often not 9 deciding, it’s him. What he had for breakfast or whether he got laid last night can decide whether the Constitution means one thing or something else.

I’m torn on this one.

Officials at NASA’s Langley Research Center permitted a contractor to hire a Chinese national affiliated with an organization designated by U.S. national security agencies as an “entity of concern,” and then allowed the individual access to classified information…

On the one hand, it’s NASA, they don’t do anything really important anymore, they just do Muslim outreach, on the other hand, they used to do important stuff so there might be some serious tech that this guy and the others they haven’t noticed yet have stolen. On the gripping hand, didn’t Clinton already sell them all the stuff NASA has anyway? They haven’t done anything new since the 90s, right?

My new, America First, Furriners Second format seems to be setting in. Here’s where I have the transition post, involving overseas and the US.

Turkey sent bin Laden’s brother in law to Jordan where we picked him up and he’s talking. First, thank you Turkey and Jordan, I would expect that from Jordan, but not from the budding jihadis in Turkey. Unless they’re the opposite sect of Islamic jihadis and are just trying to get rid of the competition. That’s actually the way to bet.

Let’s go to Egypt. For Good News!

Thousands of low-ranking policemen on strike across Egypt on Thursday refused orders to work and protested what they claim is the politicization of the force in favor of the president’s Muslim Brotherhood party.

Wait, good news out of Egypt? That’s unexpected. Especially as I haven’t been ‘for’ a strike in a long time.

Back to the USA

Via Ninme, we get something that shows that today’s problems aren’t new, they’re just farther along the slider.

The only thing wrong with that vid is they really needed to highlight Daisy Mae some more.

Why I’m not going to CPAC

Posted: March 1, 2013 by socklessjoe in Conservatism, Paultardia, Uncategorized

I’m not “boycotting” CPAC, and certainly not because of the exclusion of GOProud or Chris Christie.  Those things are both symptomatic of the problem though, which is what it is that CPAC has become.

I went to CPAC three years in a row — 2009, 2010, and 2011.  2009 was a largely positive experience, mostly because I got to see firsthand that I wasn’t alone in my apprehension about what America had done by electing Obama.  Over the years I met up with a few interesting individuals, had a few bourbons on Tim Pawlenty’s dime, and sat in on some interesting panels.

But the more time you spend there, the more you realize that CPAC is a product. Several products, actually, where targeted groups get to go hear about things that they already believe.  It’s a “Ron Paul Revolution” product, where you can go hear about nullification and the gold standard.  It’s a cultural conservative product where you can go hear what is essentially the Rick Santorum message.  And, to some extent, it’s a “blogger” product, where select members of the blogosphere can go “report” on CPAC and have their egos stroked.  And so on and so forth for a number of other conservative sub-groups.

Don’t get me wrong – there’s some utility to CPAC, though I think one would be better served to just sit an the hotel bar and buy interesting people drinks rather than pay to get into the conference.  But it’s basically a product that the ACU sells to people who are already conservative.

And because it’s a product, they can’t offend their customer base by allowing teh gheys in.  Or Chris Christie.  And they can’t throw the Birchers out because there’s too much overlap with the Paul-bots, who are legion.

I’m not avoiding CPAC just because GOProud isn’t welcome, but because it’s not worth it to me to buy their product.

Let’s start with infuriating so we can have some fun later on.

Yesterday I was going to cut n’ past the SOTU and put a link into every lie he told. I hadn’t watched the speech or read Vodkapundit’s drunkblogging yet, but I knew it would be fulll of lies.

So I put the speech into a “new post” and started.

I got to this part and had to stop

Mr. Speaker, Mr. Vice President, Members of Congress, fellow citizens:

You forgot the illegal aliens you lying sack of shit. Your party is proud of it, own it.

So instead, I’ll link this about his worst lie.  Where he said obamacare was already reducing costs of, well, anything.

The worst part is that I bet he would pass any lie detector he would ever take, I bet he immediately believes whatever he says.

A little good news. Those guys think Iran is going to buy Nork nukular tech. So we have crappy p-shoppers buying nuke tech from Norks. Should make for some interesting explosions.

Two links on the cops’ execution of that cop-killing cop-psycho in California.

Fer it.

Agin it.

You make the call!

Gotta love this one. Brooklyn College had a “Let’s tell Terrorstan how much we love them!” event and some Jews showed up to present a differing viewpoint. Brooklyn College, being a college, understands that free speech is okay, so long as it’s only used when agreeing with your betters, so they were kicked out.

Now they’re suing, something about the First Amendment and freedom of speech and a bunch of stuff that has nothing to do with America.

In more “Fuck the Jews” news, Human Rights Watch has an investigation into some actions Israel took to kill terrorists. Now, you know that they’ll find out the Jews aimed for the babies, but they usually allow Israel to respond. This time they have no time for that.

Because previous Israeli “operational debriefings” involving attacks were not conducted by trained military police investigators or dedicated to investigating alleged laws-of-war violations,

Get that? They don’t bother listening to the Jews cuz you just can’t trust them hooked-nose bastids.

I don’t feel like reading their bullshit (that’s a safe, Yourish link above), but you know they interviewed terrorists.

I will link them for one of their greatest hits.  That was their demand to investigate the Massacre Of Jenin!  where millions of Palestinian babies were killed!!!!!!!!!!! in a town of hundreds of thousands!!!! The Jews flew babies in just to murder them!!!!!

Turned out, the Israelis absolutely told the truth about what happened in Jenin and the terrorists in the PLO were lying through their teeth. You know, what always happens.

Rand Paul is my new hero, but that doesn’t make me any less infuriated/scared.

Seriously, he ran as someone who would fight the power, and he’s doing it.

The Kentucky Republican said he would do “whatever it takes” to block Brennan’s confirmation until he directly answers whether American citizens legally can be killed by drone strikes within U.S. borders.

Get it? The prospective CIA director is refusing to answer if Obama can use drones to kill me in America.

And that’s why I have my new “Who gives a shit? We’re fucking doomed” stance.

I mean, at least 78% of Americans should be freaking out about that but Minitrue is ignoring it as much as they can so nobody but the few tens of thousands who read righty blogs.(78% because 20-25% of people will usually go the opposite way of everybody else in a poll)

There should be hundreds of thousands of Americans protesting at every federal building everywhere in the fucking country.

The CIA director is refusing to say whether or not our God-President can have an RC plane kill me. The gov’t appears to be reserving the right to murder me. There’s no funny in that, just endy.

Missouri Democrats are making a bid to be where the 2nd American Revolution starts.

Missouri House Democrats have introduced an anti-gun bill which would …(ban) semi-automatic firearm possession:

I wish them luck.

In “Please don’t throw me in that briar patch’ news, we have Harry Reid begging Republicans to save Obama from his own stupidity.

Reid is daring the GOP to filibuster Hagel. Me? I want him approved. We really need to get to the down and dirty before Democrats take all our guns or Obama starts having his RC army kill us all.

Speaking of which, they have a new ‘combat’ medal for RC warfare and people who have won combat medals for actions that entailed that they leave the A/C and go out and get face to face with unfriendly strangers are not all that happy.

Now, I don’t have a dog in this fight in any way except I need the US military to keep people from killing me, but it seems out of bounds to give a ‘combat’ medal to someone who is not, in fact, in combat.

I do wonder one thing, do you get a Red, White and Blue cluster if you’ve killed an American citizen in America? That’s something that Obama would come up with.

Okay, this one pisses me off too. I mean, I understand our politicians and Minitrue “journalists” are far more important than I am, but Kanye West and one of those Kardashian things?  Seriously? They should go to the back of the line, the Kardashian can hand out blow-jobs as we wait for the illiterate, undertrained, uneducated asshole to grope us while Kanye can just drunkenly harass some poor, little blond girl instead of being escorted around the line I have to stand on.

So not only does the TSA shit on the 5th amendment, they’re giving preferential treatment to the scum of our society.

Fuck.

Now we’re at the best part of the post, the end!

I found this via MArooned.

You might want to click this link quickly because I think they’re shutting the intertubes down later on, this guy won and anything else would be anti-climactic.

Being good nerds, we all saw the link to the Lessons Learned from the Battle of Hoth, but Jay noticed something I did not. I usually avoid comments because really, every comment thread longer than 20 comments becomes exactly the same comment thread.

First comment

Have you even served with the Imperial forces? Sure it’s easy to take potshots from your military blog in some no-name star system while the fleet and its legions fight the rebel insurgents, but combined space/air/ground operations are a lot messier than any infographic could ever portray….

Then he gets funny, RTWT before they shut the ‘tubes down.

Jordan Viray wins the tubes! I wonder if we can talk Obama into making a class of that RC medal for intertubes commenters? I mean, it’s far more risky to comment on the ‘tubes than to sit in an air conditioned room, playing Nintendo.

Literally 5 seconds after I hit “publish” for this comment on DPUD’s post,

Embrace the doom. We’re so boned it’s not funny.
The endy has finally passed the funny.

I see this story linked at Hot Air(warning: Examiner campaign link, it always freezes my computer for a little while, it’s freaking annoying, I only click on accident anymore).

Okay, that’s fucking hilarious.

So there is some hope, at least I’ll still have something to laugh about as I cook my dog over my engineering text books.

Edited to move this to the top, as they deserve more recognition than a footnote: (BTW – this post is all the fault of the Stop Ron Paul 2012 Facebook group.)

Stupid question time…does this guy, identified by Fox News as Anthony Graziano of Lodi, NJ:

Look like this guy?

(I apologize for the eye-bleeding graphics – apparently Anthony Graziano’s taste in art is as stellar as his taste in politicians.)

That photo was screencapped from this Facebook page.  Sure, there are probably a million billion Anthony Grazianos on Facebook, but the similarity is rather startling.  Or am I suffering from a moment of “All those Eye-talians look alike to this poor redneck”?  The 201 area code is New Jersey, the 982 prefix is for Hackensack, which is 9 minutes from Lodi – certainly close enough to be a mailing address mixup.

That same Facebook page has the following postings on its Wall:

and this…

Oh yeah, and this….

So…is this the same guy?  I’m not 100% certain, but I’m fairly convinced.  The only thing that’s holding me back is that there apparently are two “Decisive Images” photography companies, one owned by father Anthony P. Graziano, one owned by son Anthony M. Graziano.  It’s within the realm of possibility, I suppose, that Daddy is the Paultard.  In which case, I think the son might be able to plead an abusive childhood devoid of any moral guidance and support.

Given my background in history and political science, I have a fascination with North Korea and its wacky Communist/Cult government, and Vice does some of the best/most interesting reporting on North Korea.  The Caller has an interview with Shane Smith of Vice regarding his visit to these camps.  Absolutely read the article, then watch the videos.

And can I just say this about the DC’s commenters?  Seriously?  You fucking mouthbreathers are whining about the fact that there are a few f-bombs being dropped by Smith and quoted by DC?  Grow the fuck up, this Vice guy brings us absolutely brilliant original reporting, I, someone absolutely fascinated by North Korea (given my history and political science background) had no fucking clue about these Siberian labor camps, and you’re bitching because he drops a few f-bombs and used phrases like drunk-y and murder-y to describe his various run-ins with violent drunken Russian hoodlums?  On top of the original reporting on yet more human rights violations that are routine with this absolutely sick, bizarre regime…and you’re bitching about a journalist using the word fuck in said reporting?  Get over your fucking selves you goddamned immature puritans.

I’m totally humming No Motherland Without You right now.

Such an astonishingly arrogant statement!

No.  I’m pretty sure I understand him.  And I’m pretty sure he’s teh cray-zee.

The latest evidence, as if we needed any more, is his support for the concept of state “nullification” of federal laws deemed unconstitutional.
