It is a well known fact that Nickelback is an aural vector for chlamydia and in extreme cases of exposure, HIV. That’s not my opinion, that’s science.

True story – my grandmother died in an accidentally-self-set house fire when I was 12. My mother immediately went to her hometown, leaving me with her partner who didn’t know WHAT the hell to do with two upset kids, so she called my dad. My dad didn’t know what the hell to do with two upset kids either, and his solution was always screens, so he decided to take us to a movie. What was he going to take us to see? The Talking Heads movie, Stop Making Sense. Which has that very Talking Heads song in it.
