I’ve been wondering something lately, who will be the first con-blogger to be arrested for sedition. Mike at Cold Furyhas a list of some of the people I think are in the running.
I’m figuring it’s between the Emperor and Bob Owens.
I figured they would start small and work their way up to the big boys, or at least make sure the big boys were sufficiently cowed by publicly going after some little fish. Bob Owens seemed most likely, he’s big enough that the NRA and most gun-bloggers would notice but small enough that Minitrue could ‘other’ him, when they deign to notice it.

Sure, comments like this when a king says them, “Will no one rid me of this troublesome priest” can be taken as a threat, but some anonymous intertuber is not exactly King Henry II.

I guess starting at Reason, and not yet sedition but comments about a matter that the bureaucrats ruling our nation clearly think is sedition (Silk Road), is a good shot across the bows of us all.
I’ve tried to make sure I don’t say anything that could even be misunderstood as a threat as I do not trust the Chicago-machine running our gov’t, nor do I trust the jackasses in Congress who should be doing something about the thuggish lawlessness of the IRS, NSA, EPA, DO”J”, etc., but as we see above, you do not actually have to say anything that could be in any way interpreted as an actual threat, it only needs to catch the eyes of our Stasi…Gestapo… NKVD… DO”J”, IRS, etc.
As I’ve said before, the only people who are afraid of the Obama admin are all American.
