(doubleplusundead) Anyone who is a Top Gear fan knows how much Clarkson hates the Prius, Geldof is a dumbass for even trying. That’d be like trying to convince a Paultard to quit spamming online polls. And yes, Top Gear is the only new TV show I watch, that alone should be an endorsement,

Given Clarkson’s utterly scathing attitude towards the Prius, his refusal to quit smoking (in Britain, no less), his love of Levi’s, and his ability to hit on women of all ages while still sounding married… it’s hard not to like him. Oh, and he drives gas-guzzling cars while making the argument that even if Global Warming is true, Britain is too cold and rainy, so he’s doing his part to make it a better place.
I’m sure he’s got some major character flaws but pobody’s nerfect.
I’d never even watched this show before seeing this, but I’m thinking I’m going to start watching it now.
Top Gear rules, it’s literally the ONLY new TV show I like.
The real UK Top Gear is not new. It has been around since the late 1980s in its current format and available on BBC-America for many years.
The pith-poor US knock-off is new and that shown needs to go the way of the Edsel as soon as possible.
Removed by BBC… I wonder why?
For some odd reason, I can still view it – but you’re not the only person who’s said it was removed as soon as it was put up.
I’ll summarize from my memory of that episode:
a) Bob Geldof tries to talk Jeremy Clarkson into embracing environmental causes and into driving a Prius.
b) Clarkson says “No.”
